Tenant Information

Ooops!  Sometimes things get broken.  When something isn't quite right, please let us know.  We have a maintenance team we can call for any service needs.  

Finnproperties.net is your wifi selection, password is Finn1234. If you are having issues getting signed onto your wifi, please let us know. Some of you have wifi extenders plugged into your apartment to ensure high quality connection. 

Each tenant has a mailbox.  You will need to fill out a form at the local post office to ensure your mail is forwarded here.  All deliveries UPS or FED EX,  can be made direct to your apartment door. Often, the driver will place boxes near the mailboxes. 

Trashh service is included in your rental.  The collection area is in the Southwest corner of the parking lot.  

Pick up is at 5:30 am on Wednesday mornings.  

Be sure not to park in front of the access area on nights before pick up.
